About Namouf
We sell one thing properly: a leather collar with a brass plate that a stranger can read without a scanner.
Namouf is a small catalog built around a single idea. A dog gets home because someone nearby picks him up and knows who to call, and that only happens if the information is on the dog, in plain sight, in a form that survives mud and time. Everything we list either serves that or does not belong here.
What we actually decide
Most of our work is arbitration. A size table says one thing and a product listing says another. A color exists on the collar but not on the matching leash. A rating total counts every star while the page shows a handful of written reviews. None of that reaches you as a choice — it reaches you as a number on a page, and somebody has to decide which number that is. We decide it in the direction that protects the buyer: the narrower neck range, the shorter list of colors, the rating recalculated on what we can actually trace.
Where the numbers come from
So when you read a measurement here, it is the conservative one. When a color is missing from the set, it is because it does not exist in the set. And when we publish a rating, it is built from the individual scores we can point at, not from a headline figure. That is the whole promise, and it is small enough to keep.
