If your order is delivered to the United Kingdom, you have 14 days from the day you receive it to cancel, without giving a reason. Everywhere else we ship, our 30-day guarantee is what applies — and it is longer. Copy the form below into an email to [email protected] and send it — that is all it takes.

You do not have to use this form. Any clear statement of your decision to withdraw is valid. The form exists so that you never have to wonder what to write, and so that your declaration is dated the day you send it.

Where this applies

The statutory 14-day cancellation right applies to orders delivered to the United Kingdom. We do not ship to the European Union, so the EU withdrawal regime does not apply to any order placed here. The destinations we serve are listed on our shipping page.
